We offer full refunds on educational services within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason. This policy applies to consultations, coaching sessions, programs, toolkits, and community membership.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once approved. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

The following are generally non-refundable: sessions that have already been completed or partially completed; content accessed and downloaded; services used or substantially consumed; custom or personalized materials prepared specifically for you.
Refunds may be denied or delayed if: you have accessed or substantially used the service; the request is made beyond 14 days; there is evidence of misuse or violation of our terms; you have received value from the service as described.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit payment. Rescheduling can usually be accommodated with adequate notice.
Community membership and subscription services can be cancelled anytime. If cancelled within 14 days of signup, a full refund is issued. Cancellations after 14 days will not be refunded for the current billing period but will prevent future charges.
If you receive defective materials, incorrect services, or services significantly different from description, contact us immediately. We will correct the issue or provide a full refund at our discretion.
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, reach out to us as soon as possible. We work with clients to find mutually agreeable solutions, including rescheduling, deferring credits, or refunds.
If you have a dispute regarding a refund or service, please contact us first. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If unresolved, disputes may be addressed through payment processor chargeback procedures or small claims court as applicable.
